Star Wars The Force Unleashed

The levels on Star Wars The Force Unleashed are great and nice to look at but can get repetitive at times.Fighting when you start is fun because you can get combs and use the “Force” in different ways but after a few hours of playing it becomes a choir doing the same or similiar combos to kill the never ending waves of enemies. The boss battles are intense and get rather insane at times which is a good thing but it doesn’t take very long to kill them with the “Force.”

Fallout 3

If your a fan of Fallout games or a fan of The Elder Scrolls Obivion this game is great for you. As well as the silly guns like nukes! Theres a mode where you can target a part of an enemy for example head, legs, arms e.g. Your first instinct will be to shoot the head for more damage but shooting the legs will slow them down or shooting the arm may make the drop their weapon. Graphical this game is great a sharp but sometimes the characters do get stuck in some objects which is a minor set back.

IGN’s review:

Gears Of War 2

Gears Of War 2 takes off where Gears Of War finshed. Also the new emense massive guns just makes it that much more insane. This game isn’t just all about blowig the heads of aliens or cutting them in half with you handy chainsaw theres vehicles with over powered cannons which isn’t a bad thing. The huge bosses don’t really relate to anything but are scary, awesome and graphicly amazing so why not.

IGN’s New Creatures and Features review:

Call Of Duty 5: World At War

First things first call of duty 5 is back to world war 2 so no high-tech guns or equiment of today. The story mode is about the same length as the other cal of duty games. This one is just better it looks great one of the best graphical games out. Also you can have up to 3 player co-op play which doesn’t make the story mode any easier. The top multiplayer rankĀ  is up to 65 and its just as intense also you want to keep playing to get more prestige. There are a few more perks and upgrades for multiplayer so you’ll never want to stop playing.

Mirrors Edge

Mirrors Edge is an action-packed, jumping crazy, shooting game. This game has abit of everything. When your jumping from roof to roof, on trains or through the sewers the red ladders or pipes stand out making it easier to complete objectives. Even though some people may like this it can be turned off in the options. The cut scenes are good but mabye abit short. Apart from running away from people and shooting the people you will also have to chase people which can get interesting when you’ve found a short cut or the longest jump.
